One of our specialities is our Organic Woburn Venison.
Breeds such as the Pére David and Red deer roam the beautiful 3000 acre Woburn Abbey, Bedford Estate.
The herd numbers are carefully managed for optimum health and wellbeing of the animals.
The meat is hung for flavour and tenderness. Venison is high in iron and low in saturated fats.
It is often considered a healthier red meat.
In season we also source local pheasant, partridge, pigeon and rabbit from local farms.
