All our sausages contain a minimum 75% meat content.

They are hand made with a Traditional Breadcrumb Mix and contain no colours or flavour enhancers,

 and only 0.4% salt.

All our pork sausages are made with Bedfordshire pork using premium shoulder and belly cuts.
