All our bacon is dry cured by hand using a secret blend of salts and sugars that makes it quite unique!
We select only the best Bedfordshire pork to create the fullest flavour
that leaves no watery residue in the pan.
Why not try our famous ‘Black’ Bacon. Cured with Black Treacle and smoked. Sweet, smokey and delicious.
Our Bedfordshire Honey Cured, Smoked and Black gammon is sweet and not too salty and doesn’t need soaking before cooking. We also have a range of cooked Hams, both sliced and in joints.
Great for buffets, sandwiches and Christmas.
