We select only the best Bedfordshire pork to create the fullest flavour
that leaves no watery residue in the pan.

Our Bedfordshire Honey Cured, Smoked and Black gammon is sweet and not too salty and doesn’t need soaking before cooking. We also have a range of cooked Hams, both sliced and in joints.
Great for buffets, sandwiches and Christmas.
